As an Assistant Manager Learning & Development – HR, you will play a vital role in driving people development initiatives and strengthening organizational capabilities. You will be responsible for designing and implementing effective learning strategies, managing end-to-end HR processes, and contributing to talent growth and employee engagement. Your role will combine both strategic and operational aspects of HR, ensuring that the organization develops future leaders while maintaining compliance and strong employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training strategies, programs, and learning modules based on organizational needs.

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and create targeted development programs.

  • Manage internal and external training execution, including evaluation of training effectiveness.

  • Lead leadership development, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.

  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures in line with labor regulations.

  • Handle personnel administration, including employment contracts, attendance, leave, and employee records.

  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and industrial relations.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to management on HR development and process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years focused on Learning & Development (L&D).

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, training, and employee relations.

  • Skilled in TNA methods, curriculum design, and training evaluation systems.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

  • Certified in Learning & Development or relevant HR field is an advantage.

  • High integrity, strong analytical thinking, collaborative mindset, and proven leadership skills.
