As an Assistant Manager Finance, Accounting, and Tax, you will play a key role in overseeing the company’s financial management, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations, and effective cash flow operations. Your role will involve supervising financial reporting, tax management, and supporting strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial insights to the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the preparation of financial statements and conduct regular reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Review tax reporting and ensure all tax payments are completed correctly and on time.
Monitor and analyze Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) reports.
Ensure all invoices are recorded properly and payments are executed as scheduled.
Prepare cash flow reports and monitor the company’s fund utilization.
Provide financial performance reports and analysis to management on a regular basis.
Support the development of policies, procedures, and systems within Finance, Accounting, and Tax to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist in both internal and external audit processes to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Tax, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or coordinator role.
Strong knowledge of PSAK, IFRS, and Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A & B certification preferred).
Proficiency in accounting applications (SAP, Accurate, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong analytical ability, high attention to detail, integrity, and effective communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
