As an IT Senior Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation by leading the strategic development, implementation, and governance of distribution management systems. Your responsibilities will involve aligning business needs with technology solutions, managing system initiatives, and ensuring successful delivery of projects that enhance operational efficiency and business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic development and roadmap of distribution management systems, prioritizing and sequencing system initiatives to maximize business impact.
Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and project scope.
Design and document current and future-state business processes, translating business needs into actionable technical specifications.
Oversee end-to-end system implementation, from requirements gathering to deployment, applying software development life cycle methodologies to ensure continuous improvement.
Monitor project governance, including timelines, resource allocation, compliance, and deliverables, while providing regular reports to management.
Act as a key liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of system updates, project status, and analytical insights.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial position (Junior Manager, Manager, or equivalent).
Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript (ES5/ES6), Knockout.js (MVVM), DevExtreme/DevExpress, HTML/CSS, and REST API (JSON Communication).
Hands-on experience with Distribution Management Systems (DMS) such as SAP Business, Oracle, ERP, or Salesforce.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Proven track record of managing and leading complex system implementation projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on improving business processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
Systematic and organized approach to project management and governance, with flexibility to work at Head Office under dynamic schedules.
