As a Warehouse Head, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing warehouse operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe handling of goods. You will be responsible for leading warehouse teams, maintaining inventory accuracy, and implementing warehouse systems and processes that support operational excellence. This role is essential to maintaining a reliable supply chain and ensuring timely distribution of products.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise overall warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing goods efficiently.
Implement and monitor FIFO/FEO systems to maintain inventory accuracy and product flow.
Manage multiple warehouses and ensure consistent operational standards across locations.
Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and logistics software (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or equivalent) for effective inventory and order management.
Oversee inventory control, inbound/outbound processes, and ensure timely delivery to support production and distribution schedules.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including logistics, production, and planning departments.
Conduct regular stock audits and ensure data accuracy in inventory reporting.
Prepare and present warehouse performance reports and provide insights for operational improvement.
Ensure all warehouse activities adhere to safety, health, and regulatory compliance (K3 standards).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (preferred).
Male, maximum age of 40 years.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the bottled water (AMDK) or FMCG industry.
Prior experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Manager is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including team management, FIFO/FEO, stock handling, and audit practices.
Proficiency in using WMS and inventory/logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or Odoo.
Solid knowledge of logistics, distribution processes, and PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control).
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and committed to high integrity in operational processes.
Willing to work in shifts when needed.
Possession of a valid SIM A or SIM B1 driver’s license is a plus, especially for vehicle or delivery-related operations.
