As a Washing Machine Technician, you will play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining laundry equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will contribute to delivering high-quality service and prolonging the lifespan of machines from various global manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and identify technical issues in electronic and mechanical components of washing machines, both in the service center and at customer locations.
Perform repair procedures and test the machines post-repair to ensure they function correctly and are ready for customer use.
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Provide clear and informative technical explanations to customers regarding product issues, repair solutions, and device maintenance instructions.
Qualifications:
Maximum age of 35 years.
Graduated in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Washing Machine Technician (Laundry equipment).
Solid understanding of tools, general equipment, and electronic devices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving abilities.
Experience servicing washing machines from the US, Europe, Korea, and China is highly preferred.
