We represent our client, a food and beverage company specializing in bakery products, snacks, and various food offerings. They provide high-quality products and reliable services to meet the needs of customers and business partners, while continuously developing their product offerings to stay competitive in the dynamic F&B market.
As a Sr Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing accounting operations across the Head Office and a newly established bakery factory, with future responsibility for multiple branches. You will ensure accurate financial reporting and accounting data while working closely with the Accounting Controller to improve processes and maintain reliable financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reports, COA, and accounting data.
- Review and verify accounting transactions, records, and supporting documents.
- Oversee and guide 2 Accounting Admins while remaining hands-on with operational and detailed tasks.
- Support accounting processes across multiple entities and branches as the business expands.
- Coordinate with tax vendors and ensure accounting and tax processes run properly.
- Work closely with the Accounting Controller to improve accounting flow and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong accounting knowledge with proven experience preparing accurate financial statements.
- Experience in F&B, retail, or multi-branch businesses is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and comfortable handling financial data.
- Hands-on and willing to handle administrative and operational accounting tasks.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to maintain consistent performance.
