As an Operational Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across multiple store locations by monitoring daily activities, enforcing SOP compliance, and maintaining optimal stock availability. Your role will involve supervising store operations, conducting quality control, and ensuring all branches run efficiently and consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine visits to all assigned branches to monitor daily operations
• Ensure employees follow company SOP and operational standards
• Perform cleanliness checks and quality control across store areas
• Supervise stock availability, coordinate replenishment, and ensure buffer stock is maintained
• Oversee stock opname processes and ensure accuracy of inventory data
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly
• Act as a liaison between store teams and management to ensure smooth communication
• Ensure all branches operate in line with company operational targets and standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail or multi-branch operational supervision
• Strong leadership, assertiveness, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong control and monitoring capabilities
• Able to manage and supervise multiple branches simultaneously
• Must own a motorcycle and have a valid SIM C
• Willing to work in the field with high mobility
• Male candidates are preferred
