As a Sales Promotion Girl (SPG), you will play a vital role in driving brand visibility and product awareness directly at the store level. Your primary responsibility is to engage with customers, introduce products effectively, and contribute to achieving daily and monthly sales goals through direct selling and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote the company's products directly to customers at designated store locations.
Build strong customer engagement by explaining product benefits and encouraging trial or purchase.
Record and manage customer contact data for follow-up and reporting purposes.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to support campaign initiatives and ensure consistency in brand messaging.
Monitor product display and stock availability at stores to ensure optimal visibility.
Provide regular updates and feedback from the field to support continuous improvement in sales strategy.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in sales promotion, direct selling, or customer-facing retail roles.
Experience using productivity tools such as Google AppSheet or similar platforms is a plus.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working with performance targets and reporting systems.
