As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a key role in building brand awareness and driving product sales through creative and impactful digital content. Your role will involve managing multiple social media platforms, creating engaging content, and collaborating with the marketing team to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow brand presence across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, and others.
Plan, create, and execute content strategies to increase sales and awareness.
Conduct live streaming sessions to promote and sell products effectively.
Stay updated with social media trends and educate the team on creating engaging content.
Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize strategies to improve traffic and engagement.
Support marketing campaigns and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets (5–10 products/month).
Qualifications:
Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or Content Creator, preferably with experience handling brand products.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content in Bahasa Indonesia.
Experience in social media traffic analysis and content performance reporting.
Energetic, creative, resilient, and able to motivate and work effectively with a team.
Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to exploring new trends for boosting sales and engagement.
Willing to work Monday–Saturday (half-day on Saturday) with flexibility for overtime when events are scheduled.
