As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing on-site project execution, ensuring that all construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines. You will be responsible for coordinating daily site operations, supervising workmanship quality, and supporting the project team to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings and project plans.
Read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, including AutoCAD drawings, to guide on-site implementation.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure work progress aligns with project schedules.
Ensure construction quality, safety standards, and site discipline are maintained at all times.
Monitor project progress and report daily or weekly site updates to the project management team.
Identify and resolve on-site technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
Ensure materials, tools, and manpower are utilized efficiently on site.
Qualifications:
Minimum education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Project Supervisor in construction projects.
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and AutoCAD files.
Good understanding of on-site construction processes and coordination.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple on-site activities simultaneously.
