As a Senior Tax Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and advising clients on tax-related matters, ensuring compliance with prevailing regulations, and providing strategic insights to optimize tax efficiency. This position requires a strong background in taxation and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional tax consulting services, including tax compliance, advisory, and planning, for both corporate and individual clients.
Prepare, review, and submit tax reports and documentation in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
Handle tax audits and disputes, coordinating with authorities and ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
Guide and supervise junior tax staff in managing day-to-day tax tasks and client deliverables.
Stay updated on the latest tax regulations, policies, and practices to ensure accurate and effective advice to clients.
Collaborate with clients to identify tax-saving opportunities while ensuring compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Fiscal Administration.
2–3 years of experience in taxation, preferably in a tax consulting firm.
Hold Brevet A/B certification (USKP is highly preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
Dedicated, hardworking, and proactive with a commitment to continuous learning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
