As a Senior Sales B2B Export Executive, you will be responsible for driving international business growth by developing export markets, building strong customer relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives. You will identify new business opportunities, develop market-driven strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to expand the company’s global presence and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyze export markets, industry trends, and customer needs
- Develop and execute export sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Identify and acquire new international customers while maintaining existing accounts
- Prepare pricing strategies and achieve sales targets in assigned export markets
- Conduct sales negotiations and manage key customer accounts
- Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotional activities, and business development initiatives
- Provide market feedback to support product development and business improvement
- Prepare sales reports, analyze performance, and recommend corrective actions
- Develop and implement sales SOPs and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales & Marketing, preferably in Export Sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing export markets
- Fluent in spoken and written English; Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet-based business tools
- Own a private vehicle and willing to travel for business
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and results-driven
