We represent our client, a coffee and beverage supply manufacturing company specializing in end-to-end solutions for the F&B industry. They provide high-quality products, innovative services, and reliable business support to help coffee and beverage businesses grow and stay competitive in a dynamic market.
As a Senior Accounting Inventory, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and control of the company’s inventory records. You will work closely with Warehouse, Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Finance teams to monitor inventory movements, conduct reconciliations, and investigate discrepancies.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate recording of raw materials, packaging, WIP, finished goods, spare parts, and other inventory
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate inventory discrepancies
- Conduct and coordinate regular stock opname and prepare reconciliation reports
- Analyze stock variances, losses, damages, waste, and expired items
- Ensure inventory transactions are properly documented and authorized
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Purchasing, and Quality teams to resolve inventory issues
- Prepare inventory reconciliation and analysis reports for management
- Ensure inventory accounting is accurate and aligned with financial records
- Support the implementation of SOPs and internal controls to improve inventory accuracy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting Inventory, Cost Accounting, or Inventory Control, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong understanding of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and inventory accounting
- Familiar with purchasing, production, warehouse, and inventory accounting processes
- Experienced in stock opname and inventory discrepancy investigation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Table, Lookup, and data analysis functions
- Experience with Accurate accounting system is an advantage
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, systematic, firm, and able to work across departments
- High integrity and strong sense of responsibility in maintaining data accuracy
