As a Sales Staff, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of healthcare services by promoting products and solutions related to laboratories, clinics, and occupational health. This position requires not only strong sales acumen but also the ability to build lasting relationships with clients across both B2B and B2C markets in West Java and Greater Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong client networks in both corporate and consumer segments (B2B and B2C).
Promote and sell healthcare-related services and products, ensuring clients clearly understand their value and benefits.
Prepare, present, and negotiate business proposals to secure new contracts and partnerships.
Manage and participate in tender processes, including electronic procurement (e-proc) and e-catalog submissions.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
Stay updated with industry trends, digital platforms, and healthcare product knowledge to support effective sales execution.
Qualifications:
Male or female, maximum 40 years old, with attractive appearance and ideal posture.
Educational background in health or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the healthcare service industry.
Holder of SIM A and SIM C.
Proven network and strong connections in the West Java and Greater Jakarta regions.
Proficient in digital platforms with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Familiar with electronic tender procedures (e-proc & e-catalog).
