As a Sales, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while driving sales performance. This position requires a strong passion for technology, the ability to understand customer needs, and the capability to offer tailored solutions. You will be the frontliner in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve customers both online and offline in a professional and engaging manner.
Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.
Achieve sales targets as set by the company.
Conduct basic diagnostics and initial repairs for Notebook/Mac/Smartphone devices (training provided if needed).
Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Maximum age of 35 years old.
Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate from any major.
At least 1.5 years of experience in sales.
Experience in IT, Systems, Applications, or Fintech is a strong advantage.
Strong interest in IT, Gaming, or Technology.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Willing to join immediately.
