We represent our client, a growing company specializing in the import and distribution of premium pet and lifestyle products in Indonesia. They focus on bringing high-quality global brands to local markets, providing a wide range of food, accessories, and care products for pets through trusted retail partners across the country.
As a Sales, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s customer base and strengthening relationships with clients in the pet industry. You will be responsible for promoting and selling pet-related products, engaging directly with customers and business partners, and ensuring that all sales activities align with the company’s objectives and brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell the company’s products to retail stores, distributors, and pet shop partners.
Conduct canvassing and attend exhibitions or events to introduce products and engage with customers and their pets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Provide accurate product information, understand customer needs, and deliver excellent service to enhance client satisfaction.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including market feedback and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, timely deliveries, and consistent brand representation.
Maintain professionalism and a presentable appearance during all customer interactions and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the pet food or pet supplies industry.
Passion for animals, especially dogs and cats, and a genuine interest in engaging with customers’ pets.
Physically fit, resilient, and comfortable performing fieldwork or mobile canvassing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a positive and likable personality.
Ability to work under pressure and remain motivated despite challenges or rejection.
Willingness to travel and be present at the office or client locations as required.
Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
