As a Sales Marketing Officer B2B, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by promoting and selling impactful training and consulting solutions to corporate clients. You will engage with HR and Learning & Development stakeholders to understand their needs and offer tailored programs that support organizational development. Your role requires strategic outreach, relationship-building, and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell customized training and consulting programs to companies across various industries.
Identify and connect with potential clients, especially decision-makers in HR and Learning & Development divisions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Prepare and present persuasive business proposals to address client needs and secure project opportunities.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams (content, operations, trainers) to ensure smooth handover and high-quality project execution.
Monitor market trends and gather client feedback to continuously improve offerings and approach.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the training, consulting, or service-based industry.
Proven ability to approach and influence corporate stakeholders effectively.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
A collaborative mindset and a track record of achieving sales goals in a team-oriented environment.
