As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth across multiple business channels, overseeing both online and offline sales activities within the company. You will lead the sales function for a technology-focused environment spanning IT hardware, software, and surveillance solutions, ensuring strategic execution and consistent achievement of sales targets. Your role involves managing end-to-end sales operations across e-commerce, retail, and B2B segments, while fostering strong relationships with commercial and government clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the sales team across five branches, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies for e-commerce, marketplace, retail, and B2B channels.
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve a minimum revenue target of IDR 3 billion across all business segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and government clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Monitor and optimize online and offline sales performance, ensuring seamless coordination between digital and traditional sales operations.
Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management to the sales team to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives with product, marketing, and operational strategies.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales management within the tech industry-covering hardware, software, or CCTV solutions.
Strong B2B background, preferably with exposure to commercial and government sectors.
Consistent career focus in sales (not shifting across non-sales roles such as finance or HR).
Deep understanding of both online and offline sales environments, including e-commerce and marketplace operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a strong analytical mindset.
Target-driven, strategic, and capable of managing diverse sales channels effectively.
