Sales Executive - Mandarin Speaker (Manufacture Industry)

We represent our client that one of manufacturing and engineering service company specializing in coal mill spare parts and retrofit solutions for power plants, particularly coal-fired power plants (PLTU). 

As a Sales Executive – Mandarin Speaker, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying opportunities and building strong relationships with both local and international clients. In this role, you will communicate fluently in Mandarin and English to understand customer needs, present tailored manufacturing solutions, and support the sales cycle from proposal to closing. Your ability to work independently and across teams, along with your adaptability and problem-solving mindset, will contribute directly to the company’s expansion in domestic and overseas markets. 

Descriptions:

• Search for sales opportunities and network with potential customers.
• Follow up on marketing prospects and secure potential sales opportunities.
• Understand client needs and goals and provide feasible solutions.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and quotes for customers.
• Review and prepare weekly internal and external reports on sales status

Job Requirements:

• Minimum education of S1 in all majors, preferably majoring in Mandarin.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same field.
• Have problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Can work in teams and individually.
• Willing to work outside the island and/or overseas for a long time
