As a Sales and Marketing, you will play a key role in driving business growth by building strong relationships with clients, generating new opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This position requires a proactive, disciplined, and results-oriented professional with proven experience in the forwarding or shipping industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients in industries such as freight forwarding, shipping lines, factories, and trading companies.
Achieve sales targets through proactive prospecting, client visits, and effective account management.
Prepare and submit weekly visiting reports and bi-weekly sales reports to track progress and performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and excellent customer service.
Identify market opportunities and provide insights to support business strategy.
Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the forwarding, shipping, or related industry.
Proven track record in sales with strong target-orientation and achievement.
Strong teamwork skills, good attitude, discipline, and honesty.
Willingness to work from the office (WFO) and actively engage in client-facing activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
