As a Product Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the company’s sales and product operations by providing in-depth product knowledge, ensuring accurate cloud-based quotations, and delivering exceptional service to both internal teams and customers. You will be responsible for understanding product specifications, assisting the sales team, and ensuring clients receive timely and accurate information to support purchasing decisions. Senior candidates will additionally take on leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior team members and supporting team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive product knowledge and support to the sales team, especially in retail and FMCG segments.
Prepare and manage cloud-based quotations with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
Collaborate closely with sales teams to address client inquiries and propose suitable solutions.
Ensure timely responses to all product-related questions, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Conduct product demonstrations, explanations, and training sessions for customers or internal teams as needed.
Stay updated on product updates, features, and market trends to ensure accurate communication and positioning.
For senior-level candidates:
Lead, guide, and mentor junior team members.
Contribute to developing the skills and performance of the product team.
Support improvement initiatives and help optimize product and sales processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field; candidates with strong analytical or technical aptitude are preferred.
Experience in product-related, sales support, or cloud-based product environments is an advantage.
