We represent our client, a licensed fintech peer-to-peer lending platform supervised by OJK, providing a fully digital system that connects funders and borrowers. They offer flexible funding products with competitive returns, supported by strong risk management and credit-scoring technology, and are committed to transparency and financial inclusion.
As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving product development by bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, shaping the roadmap, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality features that align with the company’s strategic goals. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful product releases.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main liaison between stakeholders and the development team, translating business needs into clear product requirements.
Define the product vision, objectives, and roadmap in line with company strategy.
Create, manage, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure focus on high-impact features.
Collaborate with business teams, developers, and UX/UI designers to deliver high-quality product increments.
Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to support efficient Agile development cycles.
Ensure user stories and product requirements are well-defined and clearly understood by the development team.
Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for improvements.
Manage risks, dependencies, and timelines to ensure successful product releases.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to guide product strategy.
Communicate project status, upcoming releases, and roadmap updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in the tech/software development industry.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies; Product Owner certifications (CSPO, PSPO) are an advantage.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
Strong understanding of SDLC and product lifecycle management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to balance business priorities with technical considerations effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
Experience using Jira, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.
A user-centric mindset with the ability to turn customer insights into actionable requirements.
