We represent our client that one of Indonesia's largest PVC manufacturers, with production facilities spread across the archipelago.
As a Planned Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. You will lead planned maintenance initiatives and apply data-driven analysis to improve maintenance efficiency and overall equipment performance.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance activities
- Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution of planned activities
- Apply Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles to improve equipment reliability
- Conduct root cause analysis and identify corrective actions for equipment failures
- Analyze maintenance data and develop improvement strategies using Excel and other analytics tools
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to ensure smooth equipment operations
- Manage and update maintenance records using CMMS
- Monitor maintenance performance and prepare relevant reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Planner or Planned Maintenance, preferably in Injection Moulding Manufacturing
- Strong understanding of basic machine elements and maintenance systems
- Proficient in Preventive, Predictive, Corrective Maintenance, and TPM
- Strong analytical skills with knowledge of 5 Why Analysis, Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), and FMEA
- Proficient in Excel-based data analysis; Power BI is an advantage
- Familiar with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
