Operational Manager (Wedding & Event Venue Industry)

We represent our client, an established wedding and event venue provider offering thoughtfully designed spaces for various occasions such as weddings, engagements, private gatherings, and corporate functions. Their venue combines aesthetic ambience, professional service, and customizable arrangements to ensure memorable and seamless event experiences for clients across diverse needs and styles. 

1. Sales Manager

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years experience in Sales Executive role (hospitality preferred).

• Strong corporate & social event client network (Jabodetabek required).

• Experience leading a sales team.

• Good communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

• Bachelor/Diploma in Hospitality (SMK Hospitality acceptable).

• Max 1-month notice period.

• Strong leadership, detail-oriented, and good emotional control.

• Professional grooming & well-presented appearance.

2. Engineering Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, MEP, or related field)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering (preferably in hotels, commercial properties, or industrial facilities)
• Proven experience in leading a technical team
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, HVAC, fire systems, and electrical troubleshooting
• Capable of developing SOPs and maintenance programs
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with maintenance system software is an advantage

3. Operational Manager

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years experience as Operations Manager in Hotel; or 4–5 years as Supervisor in relevant department.

• Strong understanding of MEP, electric systems, plumbing, AC maintenance, housekeeping, and front office operations.

• Strong leadership; able to manage a 15+ person team across multiple departments.

• Highly detail-oriented; thorough in maintenance checks & SOP control.

• Willing to work during peak event schedules.

• Professional appearance, physically fit, mobile, max age ~35.

• Diploma/Bachelor in Hospitality preferred.
