We represent our client, a growing local F&B startup based in Bandung, Indonesia, focused on delivering quality food and creating enjoyable dining experiences for its customers.
As an Operational Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple outlets and operational facilities to achieve sales targets, profitability, product quality, service standards, and operational efficiency. You will ensure SOP compliance, develop store managers, and drive continuous improvement across all locations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets to ensure consistent performance and SOP compliance.
- Monitor sales, P&L, food cost, labor cost, waste, inventory, and profitability.
- Ensure product quality, service standards, food safety, and operational excellence.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate Store Managers/PICs while resolving operational issues and conflicts.
- Analyze operational performance and implement data-driven improvement plans.
- Conduct regular outlet, central kitchen (CK), and warehouse visits, including monitoring different shifts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B or multi-unit operations.
- At least 2-3 years in a Senior Supervisor, Area Manager, Operations Manager, or equivalent role.
- Proven experience managing multiple outlets; experience overseeing 5 or more outlets is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of outlet P&L, food and labor costs, inventory, SOPs, and food safety.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, POS systems, and operational dashboards.
- Strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Willing to conduct regular operational visits and monitor different shifts.
