As a Mould Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing mould maintenance activities to ensure mould performance, quality, and production efficiency. You will lead mould preparation, cleaning, repair, and trial activities while driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and monitor mould maintenance activities, including preparation and cleaning after production
- Coordinate mould repair when issues affect production quality or performance
- Conduct and monitor mould trials according to QA standards
- Monitor mould performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate with Production and QA teams to ensure mould readiness and quality
- Lead the maintenance team and ensure activities are completed effectively
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or relevant Engineering field
- Experience in mould maintenance, preferably in injection moulding manufacturing
- Familiar with mould preparation, cleaning, repair, and trial processes
- Strong understanding of mould performance and maintenance
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Male candidates, maximum 30 years old
- Willing to work fully on-site in Karawang
