We represent our client, a modern aesthetic and dermatology clinic specializing in science-based skincare and beauty treatments. They offer a wide range of services, from facial rejuvenation, contouring, laser & light therapy, to peels and injectables, each personalized to enhance natural beauty while prioritizing skin health and inclusive care.
As a Marketing, you will play a key role in leading and executing end-to-end marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, drive business growth, and enhance the company’s professional image. Your role will involve developing strategic marketing plans, managing digital and offline promotional activities, and guiding the creative team to ensure all outputs align with the company’s branding and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full cycle of marketing activities, from strategy formulation to execution and performance evaluation.
Design and implement promotional and branding strategies to increase visibility and trust in the market.
Provide direction and guidance to content creators, designers, and digital marketing staff to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
Manage digital promotion campaigns, including social media, paid ads, visual content, and online partnerships.
Build and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders to support revenue growth.
Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, revenue targets, and strategic outcomes for management review.
Maintain the company’s professional image across all communication channels, both online and offline.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in beauty clinics or similar service-based industries, with measurable results.
Strong leadership, creativity, and interpersonal communication skills.
Confident and presentable, capable of representing the company professionally in various settings.
Proven ability to manage marketing activities with high-value sales targets.
Proficient in digital marketing strategies, offline promotions, and leading creative teams (content, design, and online operations).
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with clients, vendors, and business partners.
Experience in professional service industries such as banking, law, or property is an advantage.
