We represent our client, an organization dedicated to supporting youth and young adults with neurodiversity. The organization provides life skills, career readiness, and community engagement programs designed to help participants lead independent, productive, and meaningful lives. Currently, our client is strengthening its organizational structure and opening two strategic positions to support growth and operational sustainability. 

As a Marketing Communication, you will play a vital role in shaping the company’s brand presence and ensuring effective communication across multiple channels. You will be responsible for creating compelling messages, analyzing marketing data, and driving impactful campaigns that connect with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver persuasive written and verbal communication to effectively convey brand messages.

  • Conduct marketing data collection and analysis to evaluate campaign performance and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Manage and execute digital marketing initiatives across SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising platforms.

  • Generate creative ideas for engaging marketing campaigns and ensure innovation in communication strategies.

  • Coordinate multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously while maintaining timelines and quality.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals and maintain brand consistency.

  • Deliver impactful presentations and represent the company in public speaking engagements when required.

  • Identify marketing-related challenges and propose effective solutions to optimize campaign results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create engaging content.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, social media, email, paid ads).

  • Proven ability in data analysis for marketing performance and reporting.

  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving and adaptability skills in a fast-changing environment.

  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple campaigns.

  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

  • Confidence in public speaking and delivering presentations.
