As a Junior Social Media Specialist, you will support the marketing team in managing and growing the brand’s presence across social media platforms. This role involves creating engaging content, assisting in daily social media operations, and learning to analyze performance to improve engagement and reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and publishing content for social media platforms
• Support daily social media operations, including posting and monitoring accounts
• Engage with audience through comments, messages, and interactions
• Help brainstorm content ideas aligned with current trends
• Monitor basic performance metrics and support reporting
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign execution
• Stay updated with social media trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate (internship experience in social media is a plus)
• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital trends
• Basic understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn
• Positive attitude and able to work in a team
• Good communication skills
