Our client is a fast-growing business group with a diverse portfolio in consumer goods, agribusiness, and IT SaaS. They are currently seeking a reliable and experienced HRGA Supervisor to support their consumer goods division in overseeing day-to-day HR and General Affairs operations, ensuring a productive and well-managed work environment.
As an HRGA Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration, while also handling general affairs functions such as office facilities, operational support, and company asset management. You will ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies, and help create an efficient, safe, and engaging workplace that aligns with the company’s values and operational standards.
Supervise day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Manage general affairs activities such as office management, asset maintenance, vendor coordination, and company event planning.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems in alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and support payroll preparation in collaboration with the finance department.
Ensure legal compliance by keeping up-to-date with labor laws, BPJS, and other HR-related regulations.
Maintain accurate HR and GA documentation, and support audits and internal reviews as needed.
Foster a culture of growth, compliance, and collaboration by promoting learning initiatives and maintaining a positive work environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and GA functions, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS, and administrative tools.
A proactive attitude, high integrity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
