Their services extend beyond retail to wholesale distribution, including the supply, installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioners, water heaters, and water pumps for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, supported by a team of experienced professionals.

As an HRGA (Human Resources & General Affairs), you will be responsible for ensuring effective HR operations and general administrative support. Your role includes fostering a positive work environment, maintaining compliance with labor regulations, and supporting employee development to align with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes and anticipate manpower needs.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

  • Maintain effective employee relations and workplace safety protocols.

  • Coordinate training, performance evaluation, and career planning.

  • Support operational needs through HR and GA services.

  • Provide regular HR reports and updates to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Law or Psychology).

  • 3+ years of experience in HRGA roles.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiar with HR systems and labor regulations (incl. UU Cipta Kerja).

  • Able to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and resolve conflicts effectively.
