We represent our client, an established plastic packaging manufacturing company specializing in the production of high-quality plastic containers and packaging solutions for industries such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and food & beverage. The company supports its clients by delivering reliable, efficient, and compliant manufacturing processes, ensuring consistent product quality while meeting diverse packaging and branding requirements.
As an HRGA, you will play a key role in supporting human resources and general affairs operations, with a strong focus on recruitment, workforce administration, and compliance. This role contributes to building an effective HR system and ensuring smooth people operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end recruitment activities, particularly for operational and labor roles.
Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring SOPs and KPIs related to workforce management.
Handle HR administrative documentation, including employee records and workforce data.
Support ISO-related documentation and annual reviews (handling ISO documentation is a plus).
Coordinate closely with the HRD team on workforce planning, delegation, and employee management.
Assist in payroll administration related to working hours, attendance, and shift arrangements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Administration, HRGA, or a similar role.
Familiar with recruitment processes and HR documentation.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Good communication skills and able to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
