We represent our client, a manufacturing company specializing in the production of high-quality plastic packaging solutions. The company manufactures a wide range of plastic bags made from HDPE, PE, and PP materials, serving various commercial and industrial needs.
As an HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, developing employee performance systems, and ensuring effective HR operations within the company. You will play a key role in supporting organizational growth by implementing KPI frameworks, overseeing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with workplace safety (K3) standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to support manpower needs
- Develop and implement employee KPIs and performance evaluation systems
- Monitor and improve HR policies, procedures, and HR operations
- Ensure compliance with K3 (Occupational Health & Safety) regulations
- Coordinate with department heads on workforce planning and employee development
- Maintain HR documentation and prepare HR reports
- Support employee relations and other HR initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing company
- Experience in developing employee KPIs and performance management systems
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and recruitment tools
- Good understanding of K3 (Occupational Health & Safety)
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the plastic manufacturing industry is preferred
- Female candidates are preferred
- Willing to work full-time from the office (WFO)
