As an HR Manager, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in shaping the organization’s structure, culture, and performance. You will be responsible for leading key HR functions such as organizational design, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives to support business goals. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, particularly within shift-based industries such as retail, distribution, or FMCG.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the organizational structuring process, including job grading, workflow optimization, and reporting line alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer stage.

  • Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.

  • Handle employee relations matters, resolve internal conflicts, and mediate workplace disputes.

  • Design, implement, and optimize performance management systems, including KPI development and appraisal processes.

  • Foster collaboration across departments through internal programs and initiatives.

  • Lead initiatives that promote a positive, supportive, and engaging work environment.

  • Coordinate with external partners for training and employee development programs when needed.

  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership by providing ongoing feedback and HR insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong exposure to organizational development, KPI formulation, and company structuring.

  • Preferably experienced in shift-based industries such as retail, distribution, or FMCG.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel & PowerPoint), and experience with HRIS systems—particularly those with organizational modules.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.

  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and a passion for building sustainable people practices.
