As an HR Manager, you will play a vital role in managing human resources operations on the factory floor, ensuring that company policies are upheld and that the workforce remains productive, disciplined, and well-supported. Your responsibilities will span compliance monitoring, employee relations, and HR administration, with a focus on managing blue-collar workers in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce and monitor adherence to HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the factory floor.

  • Act as a mediator and disciplinary officer in addressing worker-related issues.

  • Maintain accurate employee attendance records and provide input for payroll processing.

  • Coordinate the onboarding and orientation process for new factory workers.

  • Build strong rapport with the factory workforce while asserting leadership and authority where necessary.

  • Prepare and deliver regular HR reports to management for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.

  • Proven experience in managing factory workers or blue-collar labor.

  • Familiarity with basic HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for attendance and payroll tracking.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to balance empathy and assertiveness.

  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a hands-on approach to HR operations in fast-paced settings.
