We represent our client, a trusted national company in the water treatment industry with decades of experience in providing clean water solutions. They specialize in manufacturing and distributing a wide range of high-quality water treatment products and systems for residential, commercial, and industrial use, with a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation across Indonesia.
We are hiring for our client in the legal services industry. The available positions are:
1. Head of Warehouse
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field.
- Male, maximum 40 years old.
- Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse experience, preferably in AMDK or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of WMS, FIFO/FEFO, inventory control, logistics, and PPIC.
- Proficient in SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work shifts; SIM A/B1 is a plus.
2. Head of Purchasing
Qualifications:
- Female, Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Purchasing Supervisor, Head of Purchasing, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, supplier management, negotiation, and inventory planning.
- Experience working closely with Production, PPIC, and Warehouse.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to achieving purchasing efficiency.
3. Purchasing Staff
Qualifications:
- Female, Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Purchasing or Procurement.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
