Since its founding in 2003, they have evolved from producing eco‑friendly scaffolding units to offering full formwork contracting services, partnering on major building and infrastructure projects across Indonesia. Their expertise covers both hardware supply rental and sales of scaffolding and technical formwork contracting, backed by patented products and a team with deep industry experience.
As a Head Engineer, you will play a critical leadership role in overseeing construction projects from planning to completion. You will be responsible for managing engineering teams, ensuring technical excellence, and maintaining safety and quality standards throughout all project phases. Your role will involve strategic coordination, effective problem-solving, and ensuring that all engineering activities align with the company’s operational goals.
Lead and supervise engineering teams across various construction projects to ensure timelines, budget, and technical specifications are met.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to translate design concepts into practical implementation.
Review and approve engineering plans, drawings, and blueprints while ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
Conduct site inspections and oversee quality control processes to ensure high construction standards and safety procedures.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays or structural issues.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams.
Collaborate with the procurement team to evaluate materials, equipment, and vendor capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Proven experience in managing complex construction projects from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of engineering software, project management tools, and construction regulations.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems in a fast-paced construction environment.
