Our client is a well-established food and beverage company specializing in traditional coffee and toast-based delicacies, with a strong presence in the café and quick service restaurant industry. 

As a Head Bar, you will play a key role in leading the bar operations and ensuring smooth daily activities. You will be responsible for preparing and serving traditional drinks, managing toast preparation, and maintaining high-quality service standards that reflect the brand’s values. This role requires hands-on skills in beverage and toast-making as well as leadership to guide the team in delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise bar staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Prepare and serve traditional drinks such as tea and coffee with consistency and quality.

  • Operate and handle toast machines efficiently, ensuring excellent product quality.

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service within the bar area.

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve service targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in bar operations.

  • Act as a brand ambassador by delivering friendly, fast, and professional service.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the F&B industry, preferably with exposure to toast-based concepts (experience with brands like Ya Kun Toast is an advantage).

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on skills in preparing traditional drinks and handling toast machines.

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a service-oriented environment.

  • Willingness to work from the office (WFO) with a hands-on operational approach.

  • Good teamwork, communication skills, and customer service orientation.

  • Ability to maintain consistency, efficiency, and service excellence in a fast-paced environment.
