We represent our client, a coffee and beverage supply manufacturing company specializing in end-to-end solutions for the F&B industry. They provide high-quality products, innovative services, and reliable business support to help coffee and beverage businesses grow and stay competitive in a dynamic market.
As a Financial Controller, you will lead the overall finance and accounting functions of the company, ensuring strong financial control, accurate reporting, effective budgeting, and operational cost efficiency. You will play a key role in supporting business decisions through financial analysis, cash flow management, and internal control improvement while leading the finance & accounting team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control functions across the company
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Monitor cash flow, AR/AP, inventory, and working capital
- Prepare annual budgeting and monitor budget realization
- Oversee operational cost control across sales, marketing, production, warehouse, purchasing, and operations
- Develop costing and margin monitoring systems for product categories
- Monitor production variance and monthly waste analysis
- Prepare and update monthly cash flow projections
- Provide financial analysis and management reports for strategic decision-making
- Ensure internal control systems and finance SOPs are implemented effectively
- Lead, supervise, and develop the finance & accounting team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting
- Proven leadership experience in managing finance/accounting teams
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, distribution, or F&B industries
- Strong understanding of budgeting, cash flow, costing, and financial reporting
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, communication skills, and integrity
