As a Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, accounting, taxation, consolidation, and cash flow management to ensure accurate and compliant financial operations across the group.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK)
- Prepare internal consolidated financial statements and manage intercompany transaction eliminations
- Develop project reporting systems to monitor project costs and budget versus actual performance
- Ensure accurate and timely tax reporting and compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Manage and optimize company cash flow and liquidity
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient finance and accounting processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in the e-commerce industry
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Supervisor/Manager-level position
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian SAK, taxation regulations, and financial consolidation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure
- Fluent in Mandarin and English for business communication
