As a Finance, Accounting & Tax Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the company and group’s financial operations, cash flow, taxation, and financial controls. You will ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and effective financial management across multiple business units and industries.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, monitor, and evaluate cash flow, fund flow, and liquidity across the company and group
- Review and approve financial transactions, payments, and affiliated company transactions
- Manage banking administration, payroll, and financial documentation
- Monitor foreign exchange risks and ensure effective financial controls
- Ensure finance and tax activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations
- Analyze financial statements and budget performance across multiple business units
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support management decision-making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial position overseeing multiple business units
- Strong experience in financial analysis and budget controlling across business units
- Hands-on experience handling Corporate Annual Tax Returns (SPT Tahunan Badan), VAT (PPN), and Corporate Income Tax (PPh Badan)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Experience working across multiple industries, preferably Export-Import and Recycling
- Experience in medium-sized companies is preferred
- Proficient in accounting software/ERP such as SAP, Odoo, Accurate, Oracle, or similar
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Male candidates are preferred
