As a Finance & Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for managing overall finance, accounting, purchasing, and basic HR administration activities to ensure smooth operational and financial processes across the company. This role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, leadership capability, and hands-on involvement in financial reporting, tax compliance, cash flow management, and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily bookkeeping and ensure accurate and timely financial transactions
  • Prepare and review weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports
  • Manage Account Receivable (AR) and Account Payable (AP) processes
  • Monitor company cash flow and prepare cash flow projections
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, SPT)
  • Supervise project cost tracking and purchasing activities
  • Manage Purchase Order processes, vendor selection, and payment terms
  • Coordinate with operational teams regarding procurement and project requirements
  • Oversee payroll, BPJS, onboarding, and employee administration
  • Lead finance, accounting, and purchasing teams to ensure operational efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with leadership experience
  • Strong technical accounting skills and able to work hands-on
  • Experienced in preparing complete financial reports independently
  • Experienced in handling AR, AP, cash flow, and tax compliance
  • Familiar with Indonesian taxation regulations (PPh 21/23/4(2), PPN)
  • Experience leading finance/accounting and purchasing/logistics teams
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and cross-functional coordination abilities
