Our client is rapidly growing and dedicated to helping businesses streamline HR processes and enhance workforce management. They are currently seeking a driven and adaptable Field Sales professional to join their team and play a key role in expanding the reach of their HRIS platform to new clients and markets.
As a Field Sales, you will be responsible for reaching out directly to potential customers, promoting company products/services, and building strong relationships to achieve sales targets. This role is ideal for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working in the field and are motivated by results.
Promote and sell company products/services to prospective customers through direct visits.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth.
Provide regular sales activity reports to the supervisor or sales manager.
Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a field-based role.
Maximum age: 27 years old.
Strong communication skills, target-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Owning a personal vehicle and a valid driving license is a plus.
