We represent our client, a premier padel facility dedicated to providing high-quality sports and recreational experiences in a safe, comfortable, and professionally managed environment. The company is expanding its operations through the development of additional facilities in strategic locations.
As an Executive Marketing, you will be responsible for driving business growth through marketing campaigns, brand development, and business development initiatives. You will actively engage with potential customers and partners, manage social media presence, and execute marketing projects that generate revenue and strengthen brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers, corporate clients, and community members to generate business opportunities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and project plans from concept to implementation
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to strengthen brand awareness
- Support digital marketing and promotional activities using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe
- Build partnerships and explore new business opportunities to generate revenue
- Coordinate and execute marketing projects and events
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute to business growth
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, or related roles
- Experience in Sports, Hospitality, or Event industries is preferred
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
- Creative, proactive, and target-oriented
- Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar creative tools
- Able to manage projects from planning to execution
- Strong interest in marketing, branding, and business development
