As the Engineering Spv, you will play a crucial role in managing the villa's essential systems, ensuring the reliable operation of its electrical and plumbing infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily maintenance tasks, addressing any technical issues, and supporting the property management team to ensure the villa operates smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and maintain the villa’s electrical and plumbing systems to ensure continuous and reliable operation.
• Conduct daily inspections and address any maintenance needs promptly.
• Collaborate with external contractors when necessary for more specialized repair or maintenance tasks.
• Support the property management team in ensuring the villa is always in optimal working condition.
• Keep records of all maintenance activities and any repairs carried out.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in electrical and plumbing systems, with the ability to handle day-to-day operational needs.
• Familiarity with villa or hotel maintenance operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Good organizational skills and a hands-on approach to daily tasks.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in property maintenance or hotel engineering.
