Our client is a well-established company specializing in labeling solutions for various business needs. With a strong presence in Indonesia, they provide reliable and customized label solutions to address common challenges such as labels that peel off easily, lack water resistance, fade in color, or fail to adhere properly. We are currently assisting them in finding a motivated professional to join their team in Indonesia.

As a Digital Growth Lead, you will be responsible for driving digital performance and improving qualified customer conversion across Meta, Google, website, and WhatsApp channels. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Development, and Customer Service teams to identify conversion gaps and implement data-driven growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize Meta and Google performance campaigns, with SEO as a plus.
Monitor and improve lead quality and customer conversion across digital channels.
Analyze funnel performance, identify conversion gaps, and develop monthly improvement plans.
Collaborate with Product, Development, Sales, and Customer Service teams to optimize digital touchpoints.
Lead digital growth projects and build measurement, reporting, and documentation processes from the ground up.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Growth, Performance Marketing, or related fields.
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Experience in conversion optimization, funnel analysis, and project management.
Proven experience leading projects and collaborating cross-functionally.
Self-service platform/e-commerce experience is highly preferred.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, learning agility, and problem-solving skills.
Strong English reading and writing skills.
Willing to be placed in and relocate to Cikarang.
