As a Creative Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s voice and presence through compelling campaigns and strategic engagement. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing initiatives that drive audience interaction and support overall business growth. This role requires a strong sense of storytelling, collaboration, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior in B2C industries.
Develop and execute creative campaigns that align with brand objectives and drive engagement.
Craft strong and cohesive storytelling across platforms to strengthen brand identity.
Collaborate with external partners to expand brand visibility and reach.
Work closely with the Marketing Communications (MarComm) team to ensure integrated and impactful marketing strategies.
Minimum 5 years of experience in creative strategy, campaign development, or a similar role.
Proven experience in the B2C industry (experience in startups or B2B is not preferred).
Strong capability in designing campaigns and formulating engagement strategies.
Excellent creative thinking, project management, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
