We are hiring for our client in the legal services industry. The available positions are:
1. Corporate Legal Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Corporate Legal, Commercial Legal, or Legal Counsel, preferably in shipping, energy, or oil & gas.
- Experienced in contract drafting, negotiation, and contract management.
- Strong understanding of business and corporate law.
- Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Valid Advocate License (KTA) is required.
2. Sales Marketing Spv
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Tender, or Account Management, preferably in Shipping, STS, Port, Offshore, Oil & Gas, or Maritime Logistics.
- Experienced in tender administration, commercial proposals, and contract management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in English.
- Willing to travel for business as required.
