As a Community Builder, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with startup communities, partners, and customers to strengthen brand awareness and engagement. You will organize community initiatives, foster meaningful connections, and create a positive experience for members while representing the company with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with startup communities and potential partners
Engage with customers and community members through online and offline activities
Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen the community network
Support community events, networking sessions, and engagement programs
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance community experience and brand presence
Represent the company with a positive, energetic, and professional attitude

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any major
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
Passionate about startups, communities, and relationship building
Energetic, positive, proactive, and eager to learn
Smart, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
