We represent our client that one of Indonesia's largest PVC manufacturers, with production facilities spread across the archipelago.
As a CI & SHE Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) programs while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing operations. You will work closely with various departments to identify risks, improve workplace safety, and support efficient and sustainable operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support SHE programs, including safety audits, documentation, inspections, and compliance activities.
- Lead and support Continuous Improvement initiatives such as SGA, Kaizen, 5R, and TPM.
- Monitor hazard reports, unsafe conditions, and corrective actions to ensure timely follow-up.
- Conduct regular inspections of work equipment, facilities, and PPE to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Support the implementation of SHE initiatives to reduce workplace risks and prevent accidents.
- Monitor waste management and treatment processes in accordance with applicable standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety (K3), or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of SMK3, ISO 45001, ISO 18001, SHE regulations, and HSE management systems.
- Familiar with Continuous Improvement tools such as SGA, Kaizen, RCFA, and 5R/5S.
- Must hold AK3 Umum (AK3U) certification.
- Good understanding of waste management and treatment processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willing to be placed at Gresik Plant, East Java.
